Event CRM Software Support Services provides the following services and training for the rates listed below. No matter the platform (DJ Event Planner, Gigbuilder, DJ/Event Intelligence, and other CRM platforms) our rates are the same. Each service / training title can be clicked on which will take you to our "Services" or "Training" pages to provide you with more details for each.
Services
Rates subject to change without notice. Subscription rate savings are for a limited time only! All billing is done through CSM Initiatives DBA CSM Web Designs. Convenient payment options available.
| Form Conversions/Creation - $40 retainer per form. $40 per hour design rate. Minimum ¼ hour charge. Retainer is applied to final charge. No charge if we feel we cannot replicate the form as accurately as possible to the original form. Subscription rates are for up to 5 hours of conversion/creation time (Save 25%). | Flat Rate: $40.00/hr. Subscription Rate: $150 |
| Website Integration - $50 retainer. Minimum ¼ hour charge. Retainer is applied to final charge. No charge if the integration does not work as it is intended to work. Software errors by CRM developers or website platform developers is not covered. Subscription rates are for up to 3 hours of integration time (Save 20%). | Flat Rate: $50.00/hr. Subscription Rate: $120 |
| Website Advice/Guidance - $50 retainer. Minimum ¼ hour charge. Retainer is applied to final charge. Subscription rates are for up to 2 hours of advice/guidance time (Save 25%). | Flat Rate: $50.00/hr. Subscription Rate: $75 |
CRM To CRM Conversion - $50 retainer. Minimum 1 hour charge. Retainer is applied to final charge. Subscription rates are for up to 10 hours of conversion time (Save 20%). | Flat Rate: $50.00/hr. Subscription Rate: $400 |
CRM Configuration - $50 retainer. Minimum ¼ hour charge. Retainer is applied to final charge. Subscription rates are for up to 3 hours of configuration time (Save 20%). | Flat Rate: $50.00/hr. Subscription Rate: $120 |
Technical Support - $50 retainer. Minimum ¼ hour charge. Retainer is applied to final charge. Subscription rates are for up to 2 hours of technical support time (Save 20%). | Flat Rate: $50.00/hr. Subscription Rate: $80 |
