Some offer forums, knowledge bases, videos, telephone support, ticket systems, and live help. However, through our research of these platforms and from customer reviews throughout the internet many of the platforms lack the overall support a user is looking to obtain. The main complaint we have found was simply a lack of support or turnaround time despite the claims of the various platforms. We have also in fact have seen where the support advice was actually the incorrect advice. That is where Event CRM Software Support Services comes in!
